“Chris Chris” are Nigerian born identical twin entertainment artistes whose entry into the entertainment world started way during their primary school days at All Saints Church School, Ibadan where they regularly sang and danced to Mc Hammer and Micheal Jacksons songs during recess and sport days. This continued in their military high school ‘Command secondary school’ where the then military staffs named them after the legendary rap duo “KrisKross” giving their ability to freely rap with names and subject topics. ChrisChris first singles “Afefe” and “What You Want” dropped late 2010 gaining airplays in Ibadan, Owerri and the US where 60% of their fan base come from.
“ChrisChris” music is Afrocentric in that it solely combines African culture and western rhythm in creating a new-generation brand of dancehall, Hip Hop and R&B songs which cuts across all age, genders, geographical boundaries hich will indirectly make them successful in following their idols unbelievable achievements, Psquare.
