It is almost certain, the Galaxy Note will be armed III 800 Snapdragon processor. But the latest leak reveals Galaxy Note III may also be present in the two versions. The second version is believed to be carrying the claim Samsung, Exynos 5.
But unlike the Exynos 5 processor used in the Galaxy S4, mentioned Exynos 5 is used on the Galaxy Note III is that by the second generation Samsung Exynos Evolved given the designation.
Unfortunately, there has been no leak improvised what will be presented by Samsung on Exynos Evolved. But of course the resulting performance should be better than the Exynos 5 previous versions.
