Big Sean finally wraps up the month of August with a premiere of his new music video for the song “10 2 10.”

The G.O.O.D music artist has been so busy dropping tracks after tracks and shooting different music videos for each song. The No I.D produced track will feature on Big Sean’s new album titled “Hall Of Fame.”

The three and a half minute video which was shot in Hawaii features Sean dishing out his rap lines calmly and the song is said to be dedicated to hustlers in the streets and in the game as said by Sean via his twitter account.

“Hall Of Fame” will also feature songs which Sean did with A-list acts like Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz, Nas, Young Jeezy amongst others.

In an interview with Revolt (which has since been removed from YouTube), Timbaland explained that he began working on the as-yet-announced project at the request of L.A. Reid, CEO of Epic Records. Details are scant, though Timbaland did mention “Chicago” as the title of the lead track (via Vulture).

Timbaland was already in the middle of a massive year, having been involved in production for both Jay Z’s Magna Carta Holy Grail and Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience. He’s also attached to forthcoming projects from Beyoncé and Missy Elliott.

Other witnesses described it as a 3 a.m. “dust-up” that started after multiple bottles of Diddy’s Ciroc had been downed. Combs walked out of the melee and seemed untroubled, immediately making his way to the mike[sic] to welcome everyone to the VMA bash, and wished Cassie a happy birthday.

Needless to say, folks got to talking. Maybe they should stop depending on how much they believe the actual parties involved.

That’s one of the tasks that the singer will have to do — with others including beach cleanup or work for Caltrans, the California agency responsible for highway, bridge and rail construction and maintenance — per a judge’s order Friday.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James Brandlin signed off on 1,000 hours of such “community labor” for Brown as agreed to by the singer’s camp and prosecutors.

The judge also reinstated probation for Brown “under the original terms and conditions” that stemmed from his previous run-ins with the law, incidents that in some ways have defined him as much as his talents and popularity as an artist.

Brown sat quietly through Friday’s court hearing in Los Angeles, with two brief exceptions: When he told Brandlin, “yes,” he accepted the agreement and later that he had no further questions.

The judge closed the session by telling Brown he must contact his probation officer within 48 hours. His next court appearance is set to start at 2 p.m. November 20.

The dropping of a hit-and-run charge against the singer on Thursday laid the groundwork for Friday’s action.

The accuser in that case, Olga Gure, told investigators Brown “went ballistic” and screamed at her after his Range Rover rear-ended her Mercedes on a Los Angeles street.

The trigger for Brown’s alleged rage was that Gure took a photograph of him and his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, to document the scene because he allegedly refused to show her his driver’s license, she said.

When Brown tried to grab the camera, Tran screamed, “Don’t touch her, don’t touch her,” Gure said.

Whatever was documented in the police report, Brown’s lawyer said this week that Gure “did not want to pursue this.” David Geragos said that the accuser did not get any money in her settlement with his client.

This incident was one of several high-profile headaches Brown has had over the years.

The most well known offense came in February 2009, when he was charged with domestic violence for punching his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, inside a rented Lamborghini on a Hollywood street. The altercation left the face of Rihanna, also a chart-topping singer, bruised and bloody on the eve of the Grammy Awards.

He entered a guilty plea seven months later and was sentenced to serve five years probation and ordered to spend more than 1,400 hours in “labor-oriented service.” The judge allowed him to serve the sentence in Richmond, Virginia, under the direct supervision of the police chief.

In a court filing in February, prosecutors accused Brown of not completing the community labor. District Attorney Jackie Lacey said then the paperwork the singer submitted to prove he’d done the work was “at best sloppy documentation and at worst fraudulent reporting.”

Geragos fired back, calling the prosecution’s motion “fraudulent.”

Judge Brandlin made a point Friday not to pick sides on this debate over Brown’s previous service, saying “the court does not make any findings regarding the alleged violation in this matter.”

It wasn’t like people were disputing that Kendrick Lamar had already earned a spot among hip-hop’s elite, but hearing him claim that spot so confidently—and drop names in the process—was exciting. One name that didn’t get mentioned in theKendrick verse was Lupe Fiasco, but Lupe still felt the need to react. He hit up Twitter to explain how people are so easily impressed these days, one thing led to another, and Lupe ended up ghostwriting responses for different rappers, per his fans’ requests.

UPDATE: After going off on Twitter about the bar being so low and people being easily impressed, Lupe did reply, “I liked it!” in response to one fan asking what he thought of theKendrick verse. Whether or not that was sarcastic or serious is unclear.

Sean Don first explained the problem with the record was because of the sample. “I wanted it to be apart of the album, but unfortunately weak shit happens,” Sean said. “I wanted to have a snappin’ ass eight-minute song on my album. So the sample, they was like yo, basically it came down to either you gotta push your shit back to have this song, or we’re gunna try and figure the sample, or, you know I was like alright fuck it, I hold it, but then I was like I can’t hold this song, this something special, so I just dropped it.”

As is evidenced all over Twitter and the blogosphere, people are excited to see who is going to deliver a response to Kendrick. Sean talks about how he knew this was something important for hip-hop.”I knew what it was for the culture of hip-hop,” the rapper said of “Control.” “You see how excited people are. I wanted to do that for music, make that play happen. It gave me the feeling of how hip-hop was, hip-hop used to be.”

He explained how he wasn’t about to go re-write or change his verse after hearing K. Dot’s contribution. “I started the song I had my first verse, I sent it to Kendrick and Jay Elect too. And then Kendrick sent that verse back,” the G.O.O.D. rapper explained. “So when I heard it I was just kinda crackin’ up.”

He continued, “When I heard [Kendrick's] verse I was like I’m not about to go back and change my verse. That’s cheating…That ain’t how G’s move. I wanted to do that for the culture of Hip Hop as opposed to myself, trying to protect myself.”

Sean went on to defend his verse, while admitting that no matter what, if three people are on a track, someone will outshine the others. “When three people hop on a song somebody’s gunna have a stand-out verse, always,” he said. ”I think I spit some good bars on there, I ain’t changed it, Jay Elect ain’t changed it.”

The Detroit native continued to defend his bars, “I’m a good ass rapper. Big Sean got bars. Listen to ‘Fire,’ listen to ‘Control.’ I feel like my verse was hard… It’s fresh ass quoteables throughout the whole thing. My verse, Kendrick, and Jay Elect.”
