Earlier this month, Keyshia Cole and her hubby Daniel ‘Boobie’ Gibson were all smiles at the Essence Music Festival, but not too long afterward, a scuffle went down that somehow flew under the radar.
Today, Boobie turned himself in to New Orleans authorities on charges of assault and battery from an unidentified accuser. Right now, details are very sketchy and minimal, but according to TMZ, he released the following statement:
“Earlier this month during the Essence Music Festival, I was involved in an incident with other individuals while I was out with my wife.[...]It’s unfortunate that some see opportunity"
