Lil Reese Arrested For Marijuana Possession #CRACK360

The saga continues...

As reported by the Chicago Tribune, it seems Chief Keef affiliate Lil Reese was booked for marijuana possession yesterday. This comes less than a month after his arrest for having allegedly stolen a BMW. According to the Chicago Police Department, Reese was arrested on a sidewalk in the 6400 block of South Eggleston Avenue, Chicago. He was found with approximately $24 worth of weed, or four grams.

Police on patrol claim they saw Reese standing on the sidewalk with several other young men who they knew to be gang members. As they approached him, he noticed them and starting walking in the opposite direction. While doing so, he apparently removed a Ziplock bag from his left pocket and dropped it on the ground, but the officers quickly recovered it, finding the amount of pot mentioned above. They also found $2,090 in cash on his person.

According to the official police report, when asked where the money came from, Reese said: "It’s mine. I got a little weed. So what? There’s serious crime out there. This ain't a big deal."

He was subsequently ordered held in lieu of $10,000 bail by Criminal Court Judge Adam Bourgeois Jr.
