A very limited edition version of the 2014 BMW M5, dubbed the “Nighthawk,” is set to hit Japan this August.
The high-end ride is done up in a Frozen Black Matte color, extending all the way to the 20-inch alloy wheels that come in a slightly darker matte black as well. Darkened chrome is accented on the signature kidney-shaped grille, mirrors, handles, and exhaust. On the interior, bold Sakiru orange leather lines the cabin, alongside carbon fiber accents.
Under the hood is a bi-turbocharged V8, capable of 567 hp and acceleration from 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds. Other performance upgrades including lowered suspension and ultra-smooth rack-and-pinion steering.
The 2014 BMW M5 “Nighthawk” edition is limited to just 10 models, which will hit Japan for around $183,0000 in August.
