Apple violated Samsung patents

So far, Samsung is more often accused of violating Apple's patents. But this time the news is the opposite is true. Independent federal agency the United States (U.S.) patents Samsung claimed Apple violated.

International Trade Commission (ITC) issued an order prohibiting the import Apple wireless communication devices, portable music, data processing devices, and tablet computers.

This statement will be sent to U.S. President Barack Obama. He has 60 days to review the order and if there are no vetoes, then the ban will come into force.

Reported by the Korea Times, Monday (15/07/2013), if yes, Apple will be having problems in the production and sale of a number of models of the iPhone and iPad, especially for the old version.

On the other hand, the Samsung itself it is expected to provide fresh air in a patent war with Apple protracted. This statement came out after the investigation for two years since Samsung filed a complaint with the ITC in 2011.
