Company founded by Mark Zuckerberg is now often referred to as one of the best places to work in the technology industry, especially if associated with attractive facilities provided for employees. However it turns out, Facebook was not the perfect company.

Things that are not fun about working at Facebook leaked directly by the former employees and active employees working there. They answer the questions that appear in the question-and-answer site Quora," What is the worst thing about work on Facebook ?"

There is no privacy

Facebook workspace filled with rows of tables and chairs without borders or cubicle . The employees are sitting side by side so that there is no privacy in the work .

Professionalism is lacking

This one problem is revealed by an engineer who had worked at Facebook for 2 years. Most employees at other companies put up a "wall of separation" between work life and personal affairs.

On Facebook, "wall" does not exist. Facebook actually encourage employees to frequent hang-out outside the hours of work, socialize and talk about their lives with each other.

The goal may be well, to strengthen relationships and encourage every employee to be himself at work. However, it apparently does not make all employees feel comfortable.

Asked to perform tasks that are not necessarily

This may not have ever imagined . However , there is a former Facebook employee who claimed to have given the task to separate dirty clothes dirty boss and his wife's clothes .

The boss is too involved in technical matters

As CEO, Mark Zuckerberg still too busy with the works of a technical nature. He still come to think Facebook product that will come, as well as busy discussing and thinking about the task of the engineer. In fact, according to employees, focus better if Zuckerberg think of ways to raise the price of Facebook shares, as well as facing investors and stock market analysts only.

A former intern at Facebook employee reveals a lack of focus in the work team on Facebook. During an internship at Facebook, he always reminded of how important the task that he was doing.

As an apprentice , he was given the task of fixing bugs in the products handled by his team. But, at the end of his apprenticeship, he was told that his team decided not to continue the project. From that experience, he saw the lack of clear vision of the company to the products they develop.

Although there are a lot of bad thoughts about work on Facebook, it did not reduce the number of people who want to work in the company. However, no company is perfect, and now Facebook is still one of the most shining company in Silicon Valley.
